REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds to any of the courses because at the time you signed up and paid, you immediately received an email that contained an immediate link to the Zoom seminar as well as a link to a private webpage that contains information you immediately have access to that includes valuable information you are able to immediately use and benefit from; which includes a link to the Zoom seminar, a complete copy of the materials, and a link to watch the seminar video after it is presented live. Policy to be in accordance with CPE Standards Reference: Standard No. 12.

At the time you signed up as well as at the time you paid for any course, it was clearly disclosed there are no refunds.

REFUND POLICY IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE SEMINAR LIVE
There are no refunds if you cannot attend live. While you will not receive CPE credit, you will still have access to the materials, any links and be able to watch the full seminar video for 30 days following the date of the live seminar. You will have received the full value of the seminar regardless if attend the seminar live.

REFUND POLICY IF YOU DO NOT REPORT THE REQUIRED WORDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SEMINAR ENDING, AND DO NOT RECEIVE CPE CREDIT
There are no refunds if you do not properly report the required words within 48 hours and/or you don't receive CPE credit. Regardless if you earned CPE credit, you will still have access to the materials, any links and be able to watch the full seminar video for 30 days following the date of the live seminar. You will have received the full value of the seminar regardless if attend the seminar live.

REFUND POLICY IF YOU LATER LEARN THE CPE DID NOT QUALIFY FOR YOUR STATE CPA CPE REQUIREMENTS
There are no refunds if you do not or did not properly ensure this seminar would qualify or count for CPA CPE in your state and/or you don't receive CPE credit. Regardless if you earned CPE credit, you will still have access to the materials, any links and be able to watch the full seminar video for 30 days following the date of the live seminar. You will have received the full value of the seminar regardless if attend the seminar live. On the page in which you learned about the seminar details, disclosures were provided to aid in your decision if the CPE qualified in your state, as well as a separate page with a link to all state CPA boards. Also, on the page where you signed up and paid, it included disclosures and links to aid in your decision if the CPE qualified in your state. Ensuring CPE qualifies for their individual requirements is the responsibility of the participant.

CAN I TRANSFER PAYMENT OF ONE COURSE TO ANOTHER?
No, because you already received the value of the course you paid for immediately upon signing up and paying for the course.
